The AVEVA Customer FIRST Support Program is paid as an annual fee. Enrollment or renewal pricing for perpetual license installations is determined as a percentage of the total license value at the site, and license value is based on the current published product cost. Mandatory upgrades to the current version are required upon enrollment. Any licenses not included in the initial enrollment are subject to additional upgrade and support costs. All AVEVA Subscription licenses include Customer FIRST and support remains in effect throughout the subscription term.
